- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Keep up with industry trends and best practices for employee development.
- Work with management to identify skill gaps and performance issues.
- Provide one-on-one or group coaching to employees as needed.

**Job Overview**:
The Field Officer is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day security operations in the field. This includes monitoring security staff, ensuring adherence to security protocols, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, and maintaining communication with senior security personnel. The Field Officer is essential in ensuring the safety and security of the assigned area or site.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Security Monitoring & Patrols**:

- Conduct regular patrols of the assigned site or area to ensure safety and identify potential security risks.
- Monitor access points, surveillance equipment, and security alarms to ensure all systems are functioning correctly.
- Enforce rules and regulations related to security procedures, access control, and health and safety.
- **Incident Response & Reporting**:

- Respond promptly to security incidents such as theft, trespassing, or emergencies (e.g., fire or medical).
- Record and report incidents in a detailed and timely manner, ensuring that all necessary protocols are followed.
- Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
- **Team Supervision & Support**:

- Supervise and guide security personnel on the ground, ensuring they follow procedures and perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct on-the-job training for junior security staff, especially on-site procedures and response protocols.
- Ensure that staff are properly equipped and uniformed according to company standards.
- **Compliance & Documentation**:

- Ensure that all security activities comply with internal policies, local laws, and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of daily activities, incidents, and equipment status.
- Review and update security-related documentation, ensuring that it is current and accessible.
- **Customer Service & Liaison**:

- Serve as the point of contact for clients or site managers, addressing any security concerns or requests.
- Provide courteous and professional assistance to visitors or staff as needed, ensuring a positive security presence.
- Conduct regular meetings with the Security Manager or Supervisors to report on security operations and suggest improvements.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in security or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of security systems, equipment, and protocols.
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergencies.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures meticulously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Physical fitness to perform regular patrols and respond to incidents.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
