**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Field Trials**:
Plan, implement, and monitor multi-location field trials for new and existing products (seeds, pesticides, fertilizers, etc.) as per protocols.
- **Data Collection & Analysis**:
Collect and analyze trial data to evaluate product performance and generate technical reports.
- **Product Validation**:
Work closely with R&D, product management, and regulatory teams to validate efficacy, safety, and market potential of products.
- **Regulatory Certification Support**:
Coordinate with certification agencies and assist in documentation and compliance for product registration and certification.
- **Farmer & Channel Engagement**:
Conduct on-field demos, organize farmer meetings, and train channel partners to drive product awareness and feedback.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:
Maintain detailed records of field activities, trial results, and farmer feedback. Share periodic progress reports with management.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:
Liaise with marketing, regulatory, and sales teams to ensure smooth product rollout and post-launch support.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Agriculture, Agronomy, Plant Science, or related fields.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of relevant experience in field trials, agri-input validation, or product development.

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of field trial methodologies and statistical analysis
- Familiarity with certification norms (ICAR, FCO, BIS, etc.)
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Ability to travel extensively and work in rural/agricultural settings
- Proficiency in MS Office and field trial software/tools
