Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Executive to join our team in Nagpur. As a Field Executive, you will be responsible for sales and conversion activities for our Pharmacy’s. This is a field job, and you will be required to visit societies and engage with residents to promote our Pharmacy’s and walk in store.
Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting door-to-door visits to societies to promote the Pharmacy’s and walk in store
- Engaging with residents to explain the discount’s and benefits of the Pharmacy’s
- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Providing regular updates on sales activities and performance metrics to the management team.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with residents to encourage on going events, Mahasale’s, Camp etc...
- Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales or field marketing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel within Nagpur for fieldwork.
- Basic understanding of Medicines, Pharmacy store.
- Attractive incentives based on conversion rates.
- Training will be provided to enhance sales and communication skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
