ArdentBee, a dynamic marketing agency, is seeking a Field Sales Executive to join our team in Nagpur. This role is perfect for individuals with up to 1 year of experience in B2B sales, but freshers are also welcome to apply.

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients face-to-face and promoting our services (Web Application & custom software development, website development, digital marketing services and our manufacturing sector software product).

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting field visits to potential clients and presenting our services.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
- Identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into sales.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets set by the company.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
- Closing Deals with the prospects

**Requirements**:

- **Up to 1 year of experience in B2B sales**, preferably in the marketing/IT or advertising industry. Freshers with a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.

**SALARY**:INR 17,000 (Fix INR14,000 + INR 3,000 Variable based on monthly target achieved)Additional - TA and mobile recharge reimbursement + commissions based on performance
Working days in a week and office timings: Monday - Saturday (9am - 6pm)
