**Job Title: Customer Support Executive - Domestic & International Voice**

**Qualification : Undergraduate**

**Location: Noida, Sector 60**

**Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Customer Support or Sales**

**Salary: ₹30,000 CTC (₹27,000 In-Hand) + PF + ESI**

**Working Days: 5 Days Working (Post-Training)**

**Training Period: 6 Days Working ( One Month )**

**Key Requirements**:

- **Absolute fluent English communication** (both verbal & written)
- Experience in handling domestic and international voice processes
- Strong sales and customer handling skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for domestic and international customers
- Work on premium, pre-filtered customer data
- Provide accurate information and resolve queries efficiently
- Promote services and achieve sales targets when applicable
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional interactions
- Adhere to process guidelines and quality standards
