**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive - Domestic Voice Process
**Working Days**: 5 Days Working
**Qualification**: UG / Graduate

**Experience**: Fresher / Experience

**Location**: Sector 60, Noida

**NOTE: Please answer all screening questions to get a call as soon as possible.**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
- Promote products/services during calls and upsell when possible
- Maintain customer satisfaction and follow call quality standards
- Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling and sales conversion
- Update CRM system with call details and follow-up actions
- Work closely with team leads to improve performance and feedback

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Prior experience in voice/sales process is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
