**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute **paid ad campaigns** (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Optimize campaigns for **higher conversions and ROI**.
- Analyze data to improve **ad performance and cost-efficiency**.
- Conduct **A/B testing** on ads, landing pages, and creatives.
- Track and report **key performance metrics** regularly.
- Stay updated on **new trends, tools, and strategies** in performance marketing.

**Required Skills**:

- **Google Ads & Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)**.
- **Performance tracking using Google Analytics & Meta Business Manager**.
- **Strong keyword research & audience targeting**.
- **A/B testing & campaign optimization**.
- **Good analytical & problem-solving skills**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in **eCommerce, lead generation, or D2C marketing**.
- Hands-on experience with **Shopify & WordPress**(plus point).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
