**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.).
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and other elements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular performance reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in performance marketing with a focus on digital advertising.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads etc.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of SEO principles and organic growth strategies.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Certifications in relevant platforms or areas of expertise.
