**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and others.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and audience targeting to drive quality traffic and conversions.
- Optimize campaigns regularly to improve performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rate.
- Monitor daily performance and provide detailed analysis and reports.
- Manage budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and performance marketing.
- Collaborate with the SEO, content, and design teams to align marketing efforts.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in PPC or performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Good understanding of conversion tracking and remarketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads (preferred but not mandatory).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
