**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**Plan, set up, and manage lead generation campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads - from ad creation to tracking and optimization.
- **Performance Optimization**Continuously test and refine creatives, targeting, bidding, and landing pages to improve ROI.
- **Analytics & Reporting**Track key metrics like CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- **Team Collaboration**Coordinate with the content, design, and web teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and landing pages are conversion-friendly.

**Requirements**:

- **1+ year hands-on experience** in performance marketing.
- Proficient in **Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics**.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Certifications in Google Ads/Meta (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
