We are hiring a smart, organized, and detail-oriented **Project Coordinator** to assist in managing daily operations of software and website development projects. You will work closely with the internal team and clients to ensure smooth communication, task tracking, and timely delivery of projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in IT project management.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in coordinating day-to-day tasks across multiple projects
- Follow up with developers, designers, and testers to track progress
- Schedule internal meetings and maintain team calendar
- Join client calls (for updates, requirements, etc.) and take meeting notes
- Maintain project documentation and update task status using project management software
- Help monitor deadlines and alert the team for delays or issues
- Support project lead/architect with operational and follow-up work

**Skills Required**:

- Good spoken and written English communication
- Basic understanding of software or website development (bonus)
- Organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Basic knowledge of office tools like Google Docs, Sheets, etc.
- Comfortable using or learning project management systems
- Team-friendly and professional attitude

**Education**
- Any graduate (preferably in IT, CS, Management, or related field)
