**About the Role**

We are looking for a motivated and organized **Fresher Project Coordinator** to assist in managing our ongoing client projects.
You will be involved in coordinating with team members, communicating with clients, tracking project progress, and ensuring tasks are completed on time.

This position is ideal for freshers who want to start a career in **IT project management and operations** while learning about software and website development workflows.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with **developers, designers, and testers** to track project updates and progress.
- Communicate with **clients** for feedback, requirement changes, and status updates.
- Assist in **project planning, milestone tracking, and delivery follow-ups**.
- Maintain and organize **project documentation, meeting notes, and task trackers**.
- Schedule and participate in **team discussions** and prepare follow-up reports.
- Support the project lead in managing deadlines and priorities.
- Prepare **presentations and status reports** using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Ensure **NDA compliance and data confidentiality** for all client and company information.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Good **spoken and written English communication**.
- Basic understanding of **software or website development projects**.
- Organized, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Familiarity with tools like Odoo Projects, ClickUp, Trello, preferred but not mandatory.
- Any graduate (preferably in IT, Computer Science, Management, or related field).
