**Job Overview**

Nexstring Tech is looking for a passionate and creative **UI/UX Designer** (**Trainee**) to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for freshers or individuals seeking an internship in UI/UX design, offering the chance to work on real-world projects in IT consulting and product development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the product development team to brainstorm and implement innovative design solutions.
- Conduct user research and analyze feedback to refine and improve design processes.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes to present and propose design ideas.
- Actively participate in design discussions and critiques to enhance design quality and team collaboration.

**Qualifications**
- A degree or certification in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles and familiarity with tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
- A portfolio showcasing your design thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
