Key Responsibilities

1. Credit underwriting by evaluating the financial status and assessing credit worthiness of the borrowers,

2. To check that the executed documents - both loan & collateral documents - are in line with the sanctioned terms.

3. Ensure compliance to all Audit / NHB regulations as well as processes, policies and reports as per company designed systems

4. Work closely with Sales and Operations team

5. Communicate clearly and effectively (both verbal and written). Communicate timely and responsively. Seeks feedback and provides feedback. Encourages open discussion and dialogue.

6. Develop and maintain strong external and internal customer relationships by identifying and anticipating customer needs and responding to them by maintaining long term relationships.

7. Preparing MIS reports on monthly basis
