- Branch Ops MIS management
- Ensuring compliance with the process and login checklists at all times
- Co-ordinate with Branch Sales and Credit teams for smooth flow of loan files
- Ensure all loan documents are safely stored at Branch premises and dispatched for vault storage in a timely and qualitative manner
- Verifying borrowers' track record & ascertaining their creditworthiness.
- Analysis of the financial statements of the prospective customer to identify the short term & long term solvency & liquidity position
- Understanding the customer's requirements and ensuring quick service delivery
- Carry out audits and get closure on items
- Basic Analytics and MIS reporting to various stakeholders
- Monitor and enforce approval rate and TAT as per prescribed standards.
