**SR. ASSOCIATE - CREDIT OPS APAC**

About Business line/Function:
**The Credit Administration team in ISPL is responsible in**

1. _Administrative and operational tasks for bilateral and syndicated loans to ensure that they are performed in a proper and efficient manner_. Ensure deal conformity in regards to the Credit Committee decision.

2. Data Control Quality:Ensure credit risk parameters decided during credit committee & booking committee are properly monitorand alerts accordingly. Safeguard thereliability, exhaustiveness and timeliness for consolidated credit risk reporting to BMRC.

3. _Risk Monitoring Function:_P_erform independent controls based on irregular reports generated by the system as well as the results of various monitoring & reports._

**LOAN DOCUMENTATION ACTIVITIES**

a. Preparation of letter of offer/ supplemental letter offer/ FX Cover Letter & Corporate Guarantee

b. Check and review legal documents once executed by customers to ensureconforms with the terms and conditions of the credit decision

c. Submit documents for stamping

d. Prepare legal/availment checklist

e. Prepare facility template for limit update in system

f. To update CAT for capital market line

g. To update RGM for facilities secured by any form of collateral

h. To update and monitor conditions subsequent via Documentation Tracking Tool (DTT).

i. To lodge and safe keep original legal documents in vault.

**DATA CONTROL QUALITY**

a. Distribute or inform relevant stakeholders that the credit decision is available in MyCredit Apps.

b. Perform Annual Review update, prepare AT2 facility template, posteriori checklist, update RGM, CAT, Risk data, TRIM data etc.

c. Perform all risk data update & reporting for credit facilities related activities.

**RISK MONITORING FUNCTION**

a. To publish report and monitor any anomalies in legal documentation, collateral shortfall, late annual review, overdue or breached covenants, underwriting, put option expiry, watchlist and doubtful assets.

b. To alert the Business and RISK SCO of the anomalies and potential risks, thereby facilitating the appropriate management of the Bank?s portfolio.

c. Control on risk data overridden in AT2/CAT and notify Credit Analyst/Business ifthe overridden data is not in line with the credit decision approved.

d. Prepare ad-hoc report as instructed from time to time.
