**Job Summary**
We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting various business activities. You will have the opportunity to contribute to our efficiency and gain experience in a dynamic industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handling general office administration tasks
- Maintaining and updating contact lists and databases
- Conducting basic market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential new business opportunities. Your research will directly support our business development efforts.
**Software Proficiency**: Proficiently using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for various administrative and reporting tasks.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Must be a Management Graduate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrable market research abilities.
- Previous experience in an administrative role would be ideal, but we are open to enthusiastic fresh graduates with strong potential and relevant skills.
**Experience**: At least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred, but we encourage motivated recent graduates with strong foundational skills to apply.
