
Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
Sales & Business Development: Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell travel packages, holiday deals, and customized itineraries.
Client Consultation: Assist clients in selecting the best travel options based on their preferences, budget, and requirements.
Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, referrals, and online inquiries.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on travel trends, airline regulations, hotel promotions, and destination highlights.
Negotiation & Booking: Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and tour operators to secure the best prices and availability for clients.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by driving revenue growth and increasing customer bookings.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
Experience: 1-3 years in sales, preferably in the travel industry (fresh graduates with a passion for travel sales may also apply).
**Education**: High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business, or a related field.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English (additional languages are a plus).
Sales & Negotiation: Strong sales skills with a persuasive and customer-focused approach.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with booking systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and CRM tools is a plus.
Passion for Travel: Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel logistics.
Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends or evenings when needed.
