**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Planning**:

- Develop and maintain product plans to ensure alignment with company objectives and customer requirements.
- Work closely with product development teams to forecast future product demands and plan for production accordingly.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand demand trends and adjust plans for seasonal or market-driven changes.
- **Production Scheduling**:

- Coordinate production schedules, ensuring that manufacturing processes are optimized to meet deadlines while minimizing downtime.
- Analyze capacity and lead times to determine production schedules that ensure on-time delivery.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods are available for production without overstocking.
- Develop inventory strategies that minimize excess stock while ensuring product availability.
- **Supply Chain Coordination**:

- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure that raw materials and components are available on time.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers to manage lead times and resolve supply issues promptly.
- Work closely with logistics to ensure timely distribution of products to customers.
- **Forecasting and Demand Planning**:

- Analyze historical data and market trends to create accurate demand forecasts.
- Adjust production and purchasing plans based on changing market conditions or unforeseen demand fluctuations.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Prepare regular reports on product performance, production status, and inventory levels.
- Use data to drive decisions and identify opportunities for improvement in product planning and production efficiency.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in production and planning processes.
- Lead initiatives to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve overall product flow.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work cross-functionally with departments such as sales, engineering, and quality control to resolve any production or planning issues.
- Maintain clear communication with senior management regarding project status, production concerns, and inventory levels.

Pay: ₹9,979.80 - ₹50,945.29 per month
