The Junior Production Supervisor for Solar Panel Manufacturing plays a vital role in overseeing and coordinating the production activities within a solar panel manufacturing facility. This position involves working closely with senior production staff to ensure efficient operations, adherence to quality standards, and timely delivery of solar panels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in supervising and coordinating the day-to-day production activities in the solar panel manufacturing plant.
- Monitor production processes, equipment operation, and workflow to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Collaborate with senior production staff to optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Provide guidance, support, and direction to production operators and technicians to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols.
- Assist in training new production staff on equipment operation, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate production records, including production logs, batch records, and quality inspection reports.
- Assist in generating production reports, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
- Participate in production meetings, providing updates on production status, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering and process improvement teams to identify opportunities for optimizing production processes, reducing waste, and improving efficiency.
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to address production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on solar panels throughout the production process to ensure compliance with quality specifications and standards.
- Identify and address any quality issues or deviations from established procedures, working closely with quality control and assurance teams.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in solar panel production or related industry. Enthusiastic Freshers may apply.
- Knowledge of production processes, equipment operation, and quality control principles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production demands.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
