The Production Planning and Control Engineer is responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring production activities to ensure timely delivery of quality products while optimizing resources. The role involves coordinating with various departments such as Production, Quality, and Stores to streamline operations and meet customer demands efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer delivery commitments.
- Monitor work-in-progress and ensure production targets are met within defined timelines.
- Plan material requirements and coordinate with purchase and stores for timely availability.
- Issue daily/weekly/monthly production plans and track adherence.
- Analyze capacity and workload, and recommend adjustments to avoid bottlenecks.
- Maintain inventory levels to avoid overstocking or shortages.
- Liaise with quality assurance and production teams to resolve delays or quality issues.
- Generate reports on production efficiency, resource utilization, and output.
- Work with ERP/MRP systems for production tracking and planning.
- Implement and continuously improve planning and control processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, 5S, and Kaizen.
- Prepare and maintain planning documents and records for audits and reviews.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering / Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Production Planning and Control, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
- Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and production planning tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
