We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PPC (Production, Planning, and Control) Specialist to join our Additive Manufacturing team.

On-Site Full-Time

**Roles & Responsibility**:

- **Production Planning**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand production requirements, capacity constraints, and customer demands.
Develop detailed production plans and schedules for additive manufacturing processes, considering resource availability and lead times.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, consumables, and finished products related to additive manufacturing.
Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory.
- **Optimization**: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the additive manufacturing workflow.
Implement strategies to enhance production efficiency, reduce lead times, and optimize resource utilization.
- **Quality Control**: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to define and implement quality control measures for additive manufacturing processes.
Monitor and analyze quality data to ensure that products meet or exceed established standards.
- **Scheduling and Execution**: Coordinate the execution of production schedules, ensuring timely start and completion of additive manufacturing jobs.
Monitor progress and address any deviations from the plan, making necessary adjustments as required.
- **Resource Allocation**: Allocate resources, including machines, manpower, and materials, to maximize production output while adhering to cost and time constraints.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports on production performance, efficiency, and adherence to schedules.
- **Collaboration and Communication**: Foster strong communication between production teams, engineering, and management to ensure alignment with production goals and priorities
