Quadrate Financial Advisors Pvt. Ltd are seeking a dynamic **C**lient Management Executives to drive growth in our corporate finance division. Join our fast-paced financial services environment and play a key role in expanding our client base while building meaningful relationships with corporates and MSMEs.

**What You'll Do**

**Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**
- Onboard new Corporate clients for Corporate loans, Asset-based Funding - Lease Financing, Equipment funding, Mortgages, etc. Supply Chain Finance, Factoring, and Vendor Finance programs, Import / Export credit lines and many more offerings
- Nurture existing client relationships and identify growth opportunities
- Conduct joint calls with relationship managers to maximize business potential

**Business Development**
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities in assigned markets
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies for financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Arrange and attend meetings with C-level executives and key decision makers

**Deal Management**
- Source and close deals while ensuring compliance with established guidelines
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth approval and disbursement processes
- Monitor post-disbursement activities and maintain client satisfaction

**What We're Looking For**

**Education**: Graduate/Post-Graduate degree

**Experience**: 1-3 years in:

- Business development in Fintech/NBFC sector/Real Estate/Insurance/Start-ups
- Client relationship management
- MSME or corporate finance solutions
