Client Relationship Executive - NRI Services

**Location**: Mumbai (Work from Home)

**Work Profile**:
As a Client Relationship Executive specializing in NRI Services, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our NRI clients. You will offer them a range of services related to investment, insurance, tax, and estate planning to meet their financial goals and needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with NRI clients through regular communication and personalized service.
- Understand clients' financial objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs, including investment advice, insurance recommendations, and estate planning strategies.
- Educate clients about various financial products and services offered by the company.
- Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service requests, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the delivery of services and address client requirements effectively.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to provide informed advice and recommendations to clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in client relationship management and sales within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of investment products, insurance policies, and estate planning concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other technology tools to manage client relationships and track sales activities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high levels of productivity and professionalism.
- Knowledge of NRI-specific financial regulations and taxation laws (preferred but not required).

**Experience**: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a client-facing role in the financial services sector.

**Salary Range**: INR 35,000 to 40,000 per month + Incentives

**Education**:Commerce background is a must.

**Working Hours**: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm with a 1-hour lunch break.

**Gender**: Any

**Age Range**: 30 to 40

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- client relationship: 2 years (preferred)
- Sales: 2 years (required)
- Financial services: 2 years (required)
