**Key Responsibilities**:
**Purchase Order (PO) Management**:

- Create / review, and process purchase orders; ensure alignment with vendor contracts and pricing terms.

**Invoicing & Billing**:

- Ensure accurate billing, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with finance for timely payments.

**Cost Analysis & Budgeting**:

- Assist in budgeting exercises and monitor actual vs. planned expenses to control costs.

**Rebate Working & sales Commercial**:

- Review sales commercial and prepare rebate working and seek necessary approval

**MIS & Reporting**:

- Maintain commercial trackers and prepare regular MIS reports for management on costs, order status, and payment cycles.

**Contract /PO/ Order Review**:

- Support in reviewing commercial terms and ensure compliance with internal policies.

**Cross-Functional Coordination**:

- Work closely with finance, legal, logistics, and procurement teams for seamless execution of commercial operations.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of commercial processes, taxation (GST), and import/export norms
- Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Spine / Tally)
- Attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines

**Note - Immediate joiner must have experience of Power BI, Tableau tools.**

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
