Workdays : 2nd & 4th Saturday off

Key Result Areas:-

  • Hands-on experience in procurement of electrical equipment or EPC Project Procurement.
  • Accountable for Supply chain management and Team handling
  • Expertise in understanding customer requirements and procurement
  • Exceptional negotiation skills for conducting cost analysis and contracts with suppliers
  • Successful track record of working on multiple designs and projects with continual improvements, decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in forecast demand and formulate supply chain planning strategies.
  • Strong supplier relationships and effective sourcing strategies along with development of new suppliers as and when needed.
  • Proactive actions on replenishment strategies and inventory optimization.
  • Effective identification of cost saving areas across the entire supply chain process.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing diverse teams of professionals in a supply chain environment with demonstration of solution oriented and collaborative approach along with transparency in work
  • Exposure in outsourcing various contract services and materials within planned lead time and desired quality.
  • Excellent and In depth technical knowledge for a wide range procurement market of Substations, Transmission Line, Railways and Metros
  • Planning and monitoring the activities of supply chain management team involved in the purchasing of material, services and logistics.
  • Negotiation of prices and purchase goods in line with allocated budget and present market costing.
  • Responsible to review, authorize or amend the commercial terms and conditions of service agreements, purchase orders or any procurement activity.
  • Review of material movement and services from supplier to site as per the project supply plan and timely delivery at site.
  • Monitor the contract management system and provide resolutions to commercial conflicts and rate escalation issues.
  • Ensure timely award of purchase orders to suppliers for smooth project execution.
  • Lead the supply chain/ procurement team and to be a cross functional interface with site team and commercial team.
  • Update the procurement strategies and policies with reference to forecast of procurement needs.
