**Job Title: EXIM Executive**

**Location**: Lower Parel, Mumbai
**Experience Required**: 3-5 years in EXIM operations (Packaging/Manufacturing preferred)
**Educational Qualification**: Graduate (preferably in Commerce) / Diploma in Export-Import Management / MBA in International Business

**Salary Bandwidth**: 35-45K

**Job Summary**:
The EXIM Executive will oversee end-to-end documentation and coordination for export and import activities related to raw materials, machinery, packaging supplies, and finished goods. The role ensures full compliance with international trade laws, logistics timelines, and effective communication with customs authorities, vendors, and freight forwarders.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Documentation & Compliance**
- Prepare and manage all pre
- and post-shipment documents (invoice, packing list, BL, COO, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, DGFT, ICEGATE, and FTP norms
- Coordinate with CHA for Bill of Entry (BoE), shipping bills, and customs clearance
- Maintain documentation for MEIS/RODTEP or similar incentives (if applicable)

**2. Coordination & Execution**
- Liaise with vendors, transporters, freight forwarders, and shipping lines for timely movement of goods
- Track vessel schedules, cargo readiness, and logistics timelines
- Coordinate with plant and warehouse teams for goods readiness and packaging compliance

**3. Licenses & Permissions**
- Handle EPCG/Advance Authorisation schemes (if applicable)

**4. Reporting & MIS**
- Maintain daily/monthly MIS for all EXIM activities
- Track import duties, landed costs, shipment delays, and cost impacts
- Flag risk of detention/demurrage and follow up for resolution

**5. Costing & Optimization**
- Assist in rate negotiation with freight agents and clearing agents
- Analyse EXIM costs, suggest cost-saving opportunities

**6. Audit & Internal Controls**
- Support internal and statutory audits with proper trail of transactions
- Ensure zero deviation from customs and excise norms

**Key Skills Required**:

- Thorough knowledge of **EXIM documentation & compliance**:

- Familiarity with **DGFT, Customs, CHA, EPCG/MEIS schemes**:

- Experience with **ICEDASH, ICEGATE, E-SANCHIT, GST** portals
- Proficiency in **Tally ERP/SAP/MS Excel**:

- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and deadline-driven
