**About The Weaver**:
The Weaver is a Mumbai-based company specializing in the design and creation of handmade rugs and carpets. Having supplied our products to Switzerland, Dubai, and Canada, we are on a journey to bring our craft to the world.

**Salary**: 3 LPA - 3.5 LPA
**Location**: Lower Parel, West, Mumbai
**Working Days+Timing**: Monday to Saturday + 9:30AM to 6:30PM
- Managing Production and Logistics co-ordination.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of client service protocols.
- Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner.
- Site management for Projects to ensure deliverables are in sync with expectations.
- Create monthly and quarterly departmental reports to determine whether KPIs are being met and where there is room for improvement.

**Qualifications Needed**:
**MUST HAVE**:

- Good English skills, spoken+written.
- Organisational and time management skills.
- Experience in the profile would be preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgment calls.

**NICE TO HAVE**:

- CRM/ERP experience

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
