**Your Role**
- Exploring new channels for growth and lead their end-to-end execution
- Diving deep into data and use insights to identify opportunities for performance optimisation
- Leading execution of high scale performance campaigns on multiple advertising platforms
- Driving brand marketing efforts for social media and digital platforms, possessing and mastering the art of storytelling in short-form content platforms.
- Assisting in managing the agency/partners relations, streamlining communication between the brand marketing team and agency/partners.
- Understanding evaluation of agencies and working closely with the agency in deliverables as per the brand marketing briefs.
- Working cross-functionally with digital platforms, short-form content platforms, social media partners and digital and creative agencies to develop social and digital marketing creatives and ideas
- Collaborating with individual content creators, and social media influencers to produce content.

**Must-Have**:

- 2+ of experience in Marketing (BLT or social media marketing) as well as experience of overseeing the launch and sustenance efforts on BTL marketing campaigns
- Deep understanding of consumer behaviour and the ability to immerse oneself in their social media life, converting their insights into the business plan/actionable on digital platforms
- Robust understanding of the digital platforms and understanding of new-age trends on social media and short-form content platforms
- Ability to catch social trends early and work on the adaptability of brand marketing concepts to these platforms.

**Good to Have**
- Self-starter and hustling attitude: Ability to move the entire team constructively in order to make things happen
- Understanding of media planning concepts including but not limited to social media metrics, content trends analysis, audience sizing and viewership measurement and digital media
- Ability to execute media campaigns and derive actionable learnings from marketing operations.
- Passion for Digital Marketing & sales.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
