Performance Marketing SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for planning and executing growth strategies for our D2C brand.The ideal candidate is a blend of strategist and executor, comfortable with D2C marketing, video-first growth, and performance analytics.Key Responsibilities:Run high-converting Meta (Facebook + Instagram) and Google AdsBuild and optimise D2C funnels for sales growthSuggest Shopify CRO improvements (strategy only, no coding)Guide & plan video creatives for Reels, Shorts, and paid adsSupport organic growth on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTubeProvide basic SEO recommendationsAnalyse campaign data to improve ROAS, CAC, CTR & conversionsTest creative angles, audiences, and hooks for performance scalingRequirements:Strong hands-on experience with D2C Performance Marketing (Meta Ads required; Google Ads preferred)Knowledge of growth marketing frameworks, funnel optimisation, and scaling strategiesProficiency in marketing analytics & web analytics (Meta dashboards, GA4, Shopify analytics)Experience with lead generation and conversion-oriented campaignsCreative thinking with understanding of video-first contentPrior experience with D2C brands, or e-commerce is a strong advantageAbility to adapt quickly to tools, platforms, and fast-moving workflowWhat We Offer:A dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
