Role Description This is a freelance, part-time, remote role for a Performance Marketer / D2C Growth Marketer with strong experience in e-commerce. You will be responsible for planning and executing growth strategies for our D2C brand SafnixGo , focused on international markets (US/UK/EU). Key areas include paid ads, funnel optimisation, creative direction, and data-driven insights. The ideal person is a blend of strategist + executor , comfortable with D2C marketing, video-first growth, and performance analytics. Responsibilities Looking for someone who can: 🔥 Run high-converting Meta (Facebook + Instagram) and Google Ads 🎯 Build and optimise D2C funnels for sales growth 📈 Suggest Shopify CRO improvements (strategy only, no coding)🎥 Guide & plan video creatives for Reels, Shorts, and paid ads 📱 Support organic growth on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube 🔍 Provide basic SEO recommendations 📊 Analyse campaign data to improve ROAS, CAC, CTR & conversions 🧪 Test creative angles, audiences, and hooks for performance scaling Suitable for: ✔ Freelance Performance Marketer (D2C)✔ E-commerce Ads Specialist ✔ Shopify & Instagram Ads Expert ✔ Growth Marketer for US/UK/EU markets ✔ Creative Strategist for D2C Brands Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with D2C Performance Marketin g (Meta Ads required; Google Ads preferred )Knowledge of growth marketing framework s, funnel optimisation, and scaling strategie sProficiency in marketing analytic s & web analytic s (Meta dashboards, GA4, Shopify analytics )Experience with lead generatio n and conversion-oriented campaign sAbility to interpret data and convert insights into actio nCreative thinking with understanding of video-first conten tPrior experience with D2C brands, or e-commerc e is a strong advantag eAbility to adapt quickly to tools, platforms, and fast-moving workflow s
