We are looking for a skilled Digital/Social Media Marketer with expertise in both paid and organic strategies to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across various social media platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will work closely with other team members to develop and execute innovative strategies that promote our brand, products, and services to our target audience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant channels.
- Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with marketing objectives and budget constraints.
- Implement organic social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engage the target audience, and drive website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to optimize ad targeting and improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop and curate compelling, shareable content tailored to each social media platform.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, platform updates, and industry trends to ensure the implementation of effective strategies.
- Manage social media accounts, including responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with the graphic design team to develop visually engaging content, such as images, videos, and infographics.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, engagement metrics, and insights to the team and management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on both paid and organic social media strategies.
- Proficiency in social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of social media best practices, algorithms, and platform-specific features.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- A proactive, results-driven attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and staying current with industry trends.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
