**About Us**:
We are a growing medical / pharma business in Haridwar, expanding our business to online platforms. We aim to reach both local and national customers through e-commerce and digital marketing. We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team to manage product listings, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Product Listing & Management**:

- Create, update, and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms such as **Amazon**, **Flipkart**, **IndiaMART**, and others.
- Manage product inventories, descriptions, pricing, and photos.
- Monitor and ensure smooth order processing and delivery coordination.
- **Digital Marketing**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and sales.
- **SEO**: Optimize product listings and website content for better search engine ranking.
- **Social Media Management**: Create and manage social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, YouTube) for brand promotion and customer engagement.
- Run **Google Ads** and **Facebook/Instagram Ads** to drive targeted traffic.
- Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns and ads, adjusting strategies as needed.
- **Content Creation**:

- Write engaging product descriptions, blog posts, and social media content to attract customers.
- Design promotional materials using tools like **Canva** or **Adobe Spark**.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- **Market Research**:

- Keep track of competitor activities and trends in the homeopathic and wellness industry.
- Identify new opportunities for business growth, both locally and nationally.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- At least **1-2 years** of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Prior experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and managing product listings is preferred.
- **Digital Marketing Skills**:

- Proficiency in **SEO**, **PPC**, and social media management.
- Knowledge of running **Google Ads** and **social media advertising** campaigns.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Basic graphic design skills using tools like **Canva** or similar platforms.
- Experience with **Shopify**, **WooCommerce**, or similar CMS platforms is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing**, **Business Administration**, or a related field.
- Certification in **Digital Marketing** is a plus.
