About the Role

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in social media management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns, primarily focusing on social media platforms, to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create engaging content (posts, graphics, reels, videos, stories) aligned with brand voice and campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, engagement rates, and ROI.
  • Manage social media calendars and ensure timely posting of content.
  • Run paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads – if applicable).
  • Collaborate with the design, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new platform features.
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build community engagement.
  • Use tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar for scheduling and analytics.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media management & digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
