Role Overview
We are seeking an energetic and experienced IT Head to lead the technology function at QHT Clinic, Haridwar. The role involves driving IT strategy, ensuring smooth operations of IT infrastructure, managing data security, and enabling automation/digital initiatives aligned with business goals. Experience with hospital management software and healthcare IT systems will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end IT operations, including networks, servers, applications, and security.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Lead IT projects such as system upgrades, integrations, and automation initiatives.
  • Implement and manage hospital management software, ERP, CRM, and digital workflow solutions.
  • Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and IT services.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements, including ISMS/ISO 27001 policies.
  • Collaborate with business heads to align IT systems with organizational objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team for high performance and skill growth.
  • Monitor IT budgets, optimize costs, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot critical IT issues to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT management, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, ERP/CRM systems, automation, and hospital software.
  • Proven experience with digital transformation, IT audits, and risk management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
  • Energetic, proactive, and hands-on approach to IT challenges.
  • Experience with hospital software is preferred.

  • ISO 27001 / ISMS Implementer & Auditor
  • CISA, CRISC, GDPR Compliance
  • Digital Marketing & IT Strategy Certifications
