  • Collaborate with design, copywriting, and marketing teams for content development.
  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and voice across platforms
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions.
  • Foster positive relationships with followers, influencers, and industry peers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
