**Sales & Product Trainer - Luxury 4W Automotive Brand - Gurugram**

**What is the role is all about?**

The responsibilities would include:

- On the Job training: Sales & Product
- Skill Assessment & Training Need Identification
- Skill development through On the Job Training and Coaching
- Training Delivery of curriculum modules
- Process deployment & Implementation
- Dealer Process Review & Action planning with dealership through dealership visits.
- Manpower tracking at dealership (Monthly)
- Certification coverage as per various levels defined.
- Training Nominations follow up.
- Recruitment Assessment
- Debottlenecking of issues through collaboration with Regional Field Team and HO
- Manpower Engagement
- Timely escalation of issues observed to HO Training Team to prevent negative impact of brand and customer experience

**Who are we looking for?**
- Educational Qualification - Min Diploma/Engineering Degree (Mech/Ele/Auto)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the same field
- Previously held role as Trainer/Retainer in Auto OEM or Agency into Luxury brands.
- Good hands-on & Technical sales skills as per job role defined.
- Ability to conduct Training & its related tasks independently.
- Reporting to the Agency Project Manager Lead & Academy SPOC
- Travel requirement - Min 70% of monthly duration (average)
- Should have Interpersonal & Task Management skills along with clear understanding of adherence to Business SOP
- Language ability - excellent understanding of English, Hindi & Regional.
