Disbursement coordination with Payment Team and Dealership- 3. Post Disbursement PDD Followup with Dealer & PDD Update in System- 4. EV 2W MIS for Payout & Business Pipeline- 5. Inter Department Coordination - Tech/Product/Ops/Accounts/Payment- 6. Generic Dealer Queries & Relationship Management (Backend Customer Care)Experience Range:
