Job opportunity for a leading two wheeler electric vehicle manufacturer company

Extendable contract in Every 6 months.

Description: You would be the bridge between technology, customer care executive, and operational team. Managing all the technology and backend platform and redirect information immediately.
- Ability to handle multiple tech backend with ease

Eligibility: Experience: 2-8 years of experience in backend management related to automobile or rental business.

Education: 10 th /12 th /ITI

Location: Gurgaon

Must Have: Must Have: Proficient in communication, MS Office, and backend software

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow communication scripts/templates when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Keep records of all conversations in our contact centere database in a comprehensible wayAct as a bridge between call center, operations team
- 2+ years of experience in backend managementPeriodic Targets for Enquiry and Conversion for new customers
- Ensure that call centre has focussed target for lead conversion every day, need to follow-up the enquiries very closely
- Ensure that operations team is doing the Vehicle delivery / Pick-up to customer locations.
- Coordination with dealerships for Service & Maintenance of Two-wheelers.
- Manage the data of Troubleshooting/Repair of Two-wheelers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
