**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with warm leads to help them make purchase decisions, resulting in a 20% increase in sales conversions.
- Build strong relationships with potential customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products, leading to a 15% growth in customer retention.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, process online orders, and update CRM systems like Hubspot, streamlining operations and improving efficiency by 25%.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent Work Ethic: Dedicated and committed to delivering high-quality work consistently.
- Proficient in English: Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective collaboration and client interactions.
- Outstanding Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact effectively with team members and clients.

**Terms**:

- ** Compensation**: INR 36,000-42,000 - per month (gross) plus up to $300 monthly performance bonus (if earned).
