NOTE: This is an hybrid role in Banaswadi, Bangalore.

**Qualifications**
- Educational background NIFT / MBA is preferred with min 2-3 years relevant experience.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Knowledge of **E-commerce retail in men and women wear** experience is an advantage.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies apparel men and women
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers in the China and India region, fostering strong relationships to optimize quality, cost, and delivery.
- Collaborate with existing and potential suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to achieve favorable agreements.
- Conduct regular supplier assessments and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards, ethical practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze market trends and pricing to make informed decisions that optimize costs without compromising product quality.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Work closely with the quality control team to establish and maintain rigorous quality
- Implement and monitor quality control processes throughout the sourcing and production stages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, production, and sales, to ensure seamless coordination throughout the supply chain.
- Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure a continuous and reliable flow of products
- Provide regular market insights and recommendations to leadership to guide strategic decision-making.
- Ensure all sourcing activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to sourcing agreements, contracts, and supplier information.

**Culture and Work**
- We are a small Gen Z team working together 6 days a week.
- We work between 11am to 7pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
