- **Education and Persuasion**:

- Provide detailed information about the organization's projects, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Highlight the importance of regular donations and the impact they can make on the community or cause.
- Use persuasive techniques to encourage individuals to sign up for regular giving programs.
- **Fundraising Targets**:

- Meet or exceed monthly fundraising targets set by the organization.
- Maintain accurate records of donations, sign-ups, and interactions with potential donors.
- Report progress to the team leader or manager regularly.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Build rapport with potential donors and cultivate positive relationships.
- Handle objections and concerns effectively, addressing any questions or doubts with honesty and empathy.
- Follow up with donors to express gratitude and provide updates on the organization's work.
- **Representing the Organization**:

- Uphold the values and image of the organization at all times.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while interacting with the public.
- Stay informed about current events, trends, and issues related to the organization's cause.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in fundraising, sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Resilience and perseverance in the face of rejection or objections.
- Passion for the organization's mission and commitment to making a difference.

**Working Conditions**:

- This role involves outdoor and indoor activities, often in varied weather conditions.
- Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required.
- Travel within designated areas or regions may be necessary.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
