The Creative Strategist will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of copywriting at LexiConn. In this role, you will lead and mentor the graphic designers and videographers to ensure that copy, design, and video content work in harmony. You will play a key role in shaping content strategy, maintaining creative consistency, and ensuring the highest standards of quality across all written content. The incumbent will be working closely with the management team and reporting to the Director.

**Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality copy for a variety of platforms, including blogs, websites, marketing materials, multimedia scripts, and more.
- Collaborate in an end-to-end fashion with the graphics and visual team to ensure written content complements visual elements in all multimedia projects.
- Create rough sketches and suggest images for the graphic designers to create storyboards.
- Drive creative ideation, ensuring that content aligns with client briefs, brand voices, and business objectives of LexiConn and its clients.
- Oversee the development of creative concepts, headlines, taglines, and messaging that resonate with target audiences and meet client expectations.
- Work closely with the marketing and client servicing teams to ensure that written content is optimized for SEO, user experience, and conversion goals.
- Develop and refine content strategies for clients across various industries, ensuring messaging consistency and innovation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through to final delivery, while maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness.
- Present creative ideas and copy concepts to clients, providing insights on why particular approaches were chosen.

**Ideal Profile**:

- A Graduate/Post-graduate in any discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in a senior copywriter or content leadership role, ideally within a content services company or agency setting.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of written content across different media (video scripts, websites, brochures, newsletters, blogs, articles, etc.).
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to tailor content to different tones and styles.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, video, marketing).
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and content strategy principles.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of articulating creative ideas to both internal teams and clients.
- Expertise in tools such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Gmail, Grammarly, Google Docs.
- Possession of a good quality laptop (i5 or above).
