Desired Skills:

- Thorough understanding of marketing & advertising, with a digital-first mindset
- Passionate about or understanding of the luxury / hospitality market
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns / brands
- Be a strong self-starter and proactive individual
- Ability to write strategy and creative presentations
- Active on social media, and aware about the latest campaigns, trends

**Experience**:

- A minimum of 4 years in social media (servicing or copy or strategy role) or in an

advertising agency (with digital marketing integration)
- Previous experience working with a Creative or Digital Agency
- Understanding and proven usage of digital marketing tools, right from social media,

websites, content production, scripting, search, influencer marketing, branding
- Must have ideated and executed some benchmark campaigns. Added bonus if you

come with experience in driving integrated marketing campaigns
- An added bonus: Prior experience in Creative writing

**Responsibilities**:

- To research, conceptualize and execute distinctive creative campaigns and content

solutions that achieve brand objectives, while strengthening their market distinctions.
- Responsible for presenting best practices, case studies and strategies to clients and

team members.
- Innovate through new engagement and awareness routes on social media / digital.
- Planning & strategizing campaigns and execution strategies for existing and prospective

clients.
- Build benchmarks whilst aiming towards recognition and brand value.
- Ideate and overlook monthly calendars for brands, inclusive of creating benchmark

content marketing tactics.
- Facilitate brainstorming and creative direction across the organization.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 per month
