**Role Overview**:We are looking for a Creative Strategist with 3+ years of experience who will be responsible for shaping and elevating the brand presence across digital and global platforms.. This role will involve leading branding, content creation, and marketing campaigns while aligning them with business expansion efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Creative Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive creative strategies for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and other marketing initiatives.
- Define creative direction and establish visual and content guidelines across all marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand identity.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate creative strategies with business objectives and growth targets.
- Assist the international business development team in creating compelling presentations, sales collateral, and brand storytelling for global markets.

**Campaign Management & Execution**:

- Lead the creative process from ideation to execution, ensuring all campaigns meet deadlines and stay within budget.

**Brand Consistency & Storytelling**:

- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints, maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Shape the narrative of Surreal Design Studio through compelling storytelling, both visually and through content.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong conceptual thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas effectively.
- Proficient in design software (Adobe Creative Suite) or the ability to communicate ideas visually.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content strategy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:
