**Job Overview**:
As a Creative Social Media Strategist at D'Genius Solution, you will be the driving force behind our social media presence. You will craft compelling content strategies, oversee their implementation, and continuously innovate to keep our brand at the forefront of social media trends.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement creative and effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across all platforms.
- Manage the creation of engaging content, including written posts, videos, and graphics.
- Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and platform updates to ensure maximum effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, PR) to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand message.
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns.
- Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists, if applicable.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of growing a brand’s presence on social media.
- Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce original ideas.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:
