**Position**: Creative Strategist

**Overview**: The Creative Strategist combines analytical thinking with creative flair to develop innovative strategies that align with business objectives and resonate with the target audience.

**Responsibilities**:
**Strategy Development**: Develop creative strategies that align with client or company objectives, ensuring they resonate with the target audience.

**Research and Analysis**: Conduct market research, trend analysis, and consumer behavior studies to inform strategic planning.

**Campaign Ideation**: Collaborate with creative teams to generate innovative concepts and campaigns that deliver on strategic objectives.

**Storytelling and Messaging**: Craft compelling narratives, messaging, and brand stories that engage and resonate with the audience.

**Client Collaboration**: Work closely with clients to understand their goals, provide strategic insights, and present innovative campaign ideas.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with various teams such as marketing, design, and content creation to ensure strategic alignment across departments.

**Campaign Performance Evaluation**: Analyze campaign performance metrics and gather insights to refine and optimize future strategies.

**Trend Forecasting**: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts to incorporate into strategic planning.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**: Proven experience in a strategic or creative role within marketing, advertising, or a related field.

**Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and consumer insights.

**Creative Thinking**: Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas that align with business objectives.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex ideas effectively.

**Collaboration**: Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments and with clients.

**Adaptability**: Capability to adapt to changing market trends and client needs in a fast-paced environment.

**Strategic Planning**: Proficiency in strategic planning, campaign development, and brand positioning.

**Bachelor’s Degree**: Typically in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- creative strategist: 2 years (preferred)
