**Job Title: Creative Strategist**
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Planning**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic marketing plans and campaign strategies that support business goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research, consumer insights analysis, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
- **Creative Concept Development**:
- Generate creative concepts, ideas, and themes for marketing campaigns, activations, and content initiatives.
- Translate strategic insights and brand positioning into compelling creative briefs and campaign proposals.
- **Campaign Execution**:
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and experiential.
- Work closely with creative teams, copywriters, designers, and vendors to bring campaign concepts to life.
- **Content Strategy**:
- Develop content strategies and editorial calendars to guide the creation and distribution of engaging and relevant content across digital platforms.
- Identify storytelling opportunities and develop narratives that resonate with target audiences and reinforce brand messaging.
- **Measurement and Optimization**:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance data, derive actionable insights, and make recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.
- **Client Collaboration**:
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, providing insights, recommendations, and creative solutions to address their marketing challenges and achieve their business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, collaboration, and delivery of high-quality work.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or creative strategy roles, preferably in an agency or brand environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and campaigns.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling, design, and innovation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts effectively.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
