**About the Role**:
We are on the lookout for a **dynamic Content Strategist** with a proven track record in the advertising industry, capable of crafting **out-of-the-box social media strategies** and **high-performing content calendars**. If you’re someone who can think creatively across industries, juggle multiple brands effortlessly, and translate business goals into compelling content — we want to hear from you.

This role is ideal for someone with **2+ years of experience in a creative or digital ad agency**, who’s handled diverse portfolios and understands the nuances of content planning for different platforms and target audiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute **innovative content strategies** across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
- Create detailed **monthly content calendars** tailored to each brand’s tone, industry, and objectives.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and performance marketers to ensure **cohesive and engaging campaigns**.
- Analyze content performance and continuously optimize based on data and insights.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and audience behaviors to **ideate fresh content angles**.
- Work across a **variety of industries** - from lifestyle and fashion to tech, BFSI, FMCG, and more.
- Maintain brand consistency while adapting voice and messaging for different clients.
- Be a part of brainstorming sessions for campaign ideation and pitch presentations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** in content strategy or social media marketing in an advertising/digital agency environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of brands and industries handled.
- Proven ability to conceptualize **creative, unconventional ideas** that perform.
- Experience using tools like **Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Notion, Trello**, or similar for content planning.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Sharp attention to detail and an understanding of digital trends and audience psychology.
- Strong understanding of social media KPIs and content performance metrics.
