**About Us**

The Living Co is India’s first premium, D2C, scalp-care-first wellness brand rooted in **modern Ayurveda**, **clean formulations**, and **scientific efficacy**. We are on a mission to help Indian women transform their hair from the root, starting with the scalp.

As we scale toward ₹500 Cr in revenue, we’re looking for a **sharp, creative, and system-driven Content Strategist** who can lead storytelling across platforms and bring our voice to life.

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Own the **brand voice** and ensure consistency across all formats and channels.
- Collaborate with performance marketers to produce **copy for ads and landing pages**.
- Brief and work closely with **AI writers, editors, designers, and video editors**.
- Generate **storytelling formats** like GRWM, influencer testimonial scripts, ingredient spotlights, founder-led reels, etc.
- Build SEO-optimized **long-form blogs** and strategic content clusters with AI copywriters.
- Coordinate with the Social Media Manager and Community team to adapt content for trends.
- Track performance and optimize for **CTR, engagement, retention, and conversion**.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, or copywriting
- Background in D2C, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brand is a plus
- Strong understanding of **content-led performance marketing**:

- Ability to lead multiple content formats**:ads, reels, blogs, infographics, influencer scripts**:

- Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills
- Comfort with AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, Notion AI, Midjourney, etc.

**Nice to Have**
- Experience working in a **fast-paced D2C startup or agency**:

- Experience in managing freelancers or junior writers/editors
